Deena is a wonderful and inspiring person who I have run into many times at Dr. Self Tapes in RiTA House co-working space. Deena works at RiTA House, and in her own words she's Fairy Godmother there. She takes care of the members, events and many other things.

I hadn't had a long talk with Deena before, so this was a wonderful opportunity for me to find out who she is. I knew she did something with Alexander Technique, so I wanted to find out more about that. It turns out she is a highly experienced professional in that field. Deena is a Posture Specialist, Movement Coach and Body Mindfulness Wizard at Mind Body Grace.
