Katri is the CEO of Helsinki Casting in Finland. She has an extensive background in film business, and now she opens up about how she became who she is, and how it is leading a casting agency.

I met Katri few years ago when we were acting together in TV series Kontio & Parmas, and I have auditioned for Helsinki Casting many times since then. This conversation is very unique and hugely interesting since it gives insight into how casting process works, and also how actors could be better in auditioning and booking roles.
